PREPARATION

DISCOVERY STARTS HERE

Before your first studio class or visit, you will be given a BKBX tour and orientation. Together we will determine your recommended starting point at BKBX.

 

You will also be provided with all required equipment and instructions for your training experience.

TRAIN

ADVENTURE TRAINING, SCIENTIFICALLY DEVELOPED

Adventure Training is not a linear process, which is why BKBX developed customizable training programs to help you reach your fitness goals. Our research-backed 50-minute studio classes improve your performance using three cyclical training modules: Foundations, Skills, and Athletics.

 

All modules offer workouts designed for Novice, Intermediate, and Advanced experience levels.

FOUNDATIONS

These classes focus on building, enhancing, and sustaining your fitness progressions through strength, cardio endurance, and mobility.

SKILLS

Skills-based training emphasizes information processing, coordination development, and other mental tasks aligned with fitness performance.

ATHLETICS

Athletics training will put your abilities to the test and challenge you to perform with enhanced agility, endurance, and pure power.
