PRE-CLASS

DISCOVERY STARTS HERE

Before your first class, you will go through a BKBX orientation that includes an assessment of your fitness capabilities and training objectives. We will use this information to determine your recommended starting point at BKBX. You will also be provided with the required equipment and instructions for the optimal training experience.

TRAIN

ADVENTURE TRAINING, SCIENTIFICALLY DEVELOPED

Adventure Training is not a linear process, which is why BKBX developed a fitness cycle to advance your progressions. Our research-backed programming improves your performance characteristics using three cyclical training modules: Foundations, Skills, and Athletics. All modules offer workouts designed for Novice, Intermediate, and Advanced experience levels.

FOUNDATIONS

These classes focus on building, enhancing, and sustaining your fitness progressions through strength, cardio endurance, and mobility.

SKILLS

Skills-based training emphasizes information processing, coordination development, and other mental tasks aligned with fitness performance.

ATHLETICS

Athletics training will put your abilities to the test and challenge you to perform with enhanced agility, endurance, and pure power.
